No matter how you finish your house, the frame is still the most important, and costly, part. Our Framer series floor joists, Met-wood beams and Diamond Series sub-floors mean that long after warranties have come and gone, you won't be dealing with squeaky floors, cracked drywall or sagging floors.

Windows & Doors
One reason for building a new home is lower maintenance. Fiberglass doors are warm and will not crack or dent like steel. And be sure you're getting double-hung windows that allow both sashes to move and tilt for cleaning!

Interior trim, although not structural, is the part you see every day, so you want it to last. Our cabinets are all solid wood, with the features you're looking for, along with a written Lifetime Warranty. You also won't find any MDF trim in a Craftsman home, only solid wood. Most importantly, compare our warranty package with other builders. After all, you are making the biggest purchase of your life.

The latest Warm-n-Dri foundation coatings along with the Drain-star removal system allow Craftsman to offer a written 30-year dry basement warranty.
