Our selection centers allow you to choose everything that goes into your new home, all in one place. It’s not only convenient, but also helps avoid common surprises, and gives us the ability to provide customers with prices up front – prices that we honor, no matter what. This makes the process of building as easy and smooth as possible. There is no need to worry about allowances or visiting a long list of vendors – you’ll find everything you need right in our showroom.

Within our selection center, you can see, feel, compare and coordinate the different styles and colors for the items that go into your new home. Below is a list of what you can expect to find.

Cabinets | Countertops

All our homes include the finest solid wood custom-built cabinets in dozens of styles and finishes.  They also include all the “bells and whistles” like soft close doors and drawers, furniture crown molding and full depth refrigerator cabinets. 

There is also  a full selection of granite countertops, which are standard in all our kitchens, in a wide variety of colors and edges at no extra cost.

Flooring

Your new home will include a hardwood foyer, premium Mannington vinyl in the kitchen and bathrooms, and 40 oz. nylon carpet with a 20-year warranty and upgraded rebond padding in the remainder of the home. 

Lighting Fixtures

Lighting fixtures in our homes are all Progress brand and available in a variety of styles and finishes. Progress lighting offers a warranty 4 times longer than their competition. 

Faucets

Each selection center has a full display of Moen faucets that come standard in every Craftsman home. Why Moen? They offer one of the best warranties in the business, which provides you coverage for as long as you live in the home. 

Siding | Shingles | Brick & Stone

Certainteed Restoration Classic .044 siding is standard and you’ll find a wide selection of colors to select from.  Being thicker than more typical siding, it allows us to offer those deep Craftsman style colors without having to charge an upgrade fee.

You also never have to worry about replacing the roof on your new Craftsman home, with our selection of Certainteed Lifetime Warranty architectural shingles. 

Additionally, some of our homes come standard with brick or stone and we offer a variety of styles and colors.
