Bridgewater B Custom Home

The gable circle-top windows give an attractive colonial style to this home, but the interior has all the modern design features customers are looking for. The centrally located fireplace is visible from the great room, kitchen, brunch and dining room, all connected but subtly separate. The master suite is a welcome retreat away from the busy living area and guest bedrooms.

Griffin-A Rendering

This compact country ranch home is economical due to its squared off design, yet remains stylish with architectural accents such as gables and arched windows. Completely open to one another, the great room, dining room, and kitchen are combined under a grand cathedral ceiling creating a wonderfully comfortable gathering room. Built-ins flank the fireplace, making decorating easy. The split bedroom design places the master suite on one side of the house with an elegant tray ceiling, a private, fully appointed bath, and a walk-in closet. Two more bedrooms share a full bath on the opposite side of the home near the utility room and access to the bonus room.

patriot custom ranch home

This traditional “saddle roof” ranch is efficiently designed to include everything your family needs at an attractive price per square foot.  You’ll find all the details often missed in mid-size ranches – mud room, 1st floor laundry room, pantry and plenty of work space in the kitchen.  And as always we’re willing to rearrange the plan to suit your needs without additional charges.

montgomery custom cape home

This non-traditional cape offers its owners spacious one level living, with large open living area, master suite, laundry and guest bath on the first floor.  Upstairs there’s room for two large bedrooms, bath, and a sitting/play area that can easily be converted to a fourth bedroom for a growing family.

Heritage "B" Custom Home

The shake-shingled gable and board-n-batten shutters give this home the craftsman look so popular today. Inside, the great room and dining and kitchen area offer the convenience of a large sit-down island. Plan also includes an attached laundry room.

Heritage A Custom Ranch Home

The Heritage A is equally attractive with its gabled porch or the more traditional southern Virginia saddle roof. Bedrooms are separated to afford the master suite quiet from video games and computers while the open living area allows everyone to gather for meals or movies. The lower level offers enough space for any family to expand.

Liberty Custom Home

The stone and shake shingle facade of this split bedroom ranch gives a warm welcome to all who enter. The open floor plan with cathedral great room provides this home with a large and roomy feel. The large master bedroom with an oversized walk-in closet and laundry just outside, offers a quiet reprieve from others areas of the home and the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Plymouth Custom Home

The Cape Cod style home with its full front porch is always inviting. But when you enter the front door to the dramatic two-story foyer, the large great room and very well-appointed kitchen, it feels so much more spacious and open than your typical cape. Add to that, three very large bedrooms, all with walk-in closets, and you have a home you’ll be comfortable in for a lifetime.

Looking at the Jefferson brings to mind the beautiful architecture of Jeffersonian times in central Virginia. Tall windows add to the appeal of the colonial period. With nine foot ceilings rising to thirteen feet, it provides the family who is trying to downsize the ability to reduce maintenance while still having the feel of a much larger home. Love the plan, but would like a little larger? Adding square footage is the most economical change you can make and we handle all the design work.
